Finished the study, even hoovered and mopped the flooring! It looks beautiful! I am realistic tho. I know it won't stay like that. We have lots of resources from our various activities and this is always where it ends up. We had fish and chips for dinner as hubby came back tired and I thought we all deserved a treat! I will do a quick once over tomorrow and then the house should be tidy for back to work on Monday. Then I will follow the list to try and stay on top of it. Monday and Tuesday are hard for me as I work long days. I work a short day on Wednesday so can do a bit. Then off work Thursday and Friday so will try and catch up then!Grocery challenge-

I'm just having a :coffee: waiting for littlies to nod - I don't think they were far off - then I'll be having a hhc to
Bring in bedding from whirligig
Straighten LR and conservatory
Empty DW
Then I might head into my garage room - I've found a rattan drawer thingy languishing in the spare room (used to be in my ensuite until I had a vanity thingy put in) which will be handy to pop under my new desk. I need to then find something to sit the printer on. Currently on an upturned box under the desk but I have to lift it every time I want what's underneath. Need a shelf of sorts.
Then I might get the sewing machine out and tackle this silly playsuit thing
All this speak of AF and dates and cycles is alien to me now. I had the Mirena fitted after DD was born (absolutely terrified of having any more babies like her lol) and I've not heard from the old hag (AF, not DD) since about 6wks after that. I get spots and sugar cravings now and then, so I'm sure there is something going on *down there* but it doesn't seem to follow any noticeable pattern. Love not having the proper monthlies. Even though I don't technically need it now, I'm keeping it
ETA frizzle my weeks are like that too, bulk of paid stuff Mon/Tue, slightly shorter day Wed then rest of week with my youngest. Tiring but she's worth itBossymoo

I left her on the 17th April too, that was the day we visited the Sagrada Familia. Maybe she's just too busy enjoying her hols to worry about returning?! I'll keep you posted
Dinner cooked and scoffed, I have WUDUPA too. Everyone around the table was happy and joking so it made a very pleasant change.
DH home from cricket, they wonAlthough by the looks of his thumb, I think it might be broken. Wicket keeper's downfall.

Love not having the proper monthlies.
I can't function without.. I become incredibly irate and want to strangle people (literally!!!) I cannot be trusted with myself let alone anyone else.. it is like mind altering drugs to me!! I become a crazy person.. it's strange though because my mother and two of my sisters are the same..
Squeaks bedding changed.. it was wet I discovered when I went to get their bath towels!! .. so that's all washing merrily ready to go out shortly.
Girlies all bathed and clean and combed the gold acrylic paint out of Squeaks her and the tangles and twiddles out of Dots and the fluff out of Pixies!! They are a mucky bunch.. the big 2 were trying to drink bathwater and it was grey!!! dirty little beastlings!!
I'm going to list a few more bits on ebeast tonight.. is it 20 you get each month for free? I might save some for tomorrow!
oooh.. WM finished.. OH just reading the girls a story then he can watch Pixie while I hang it out.. she is crawling and suddenly got speedy yesterday and crawled herself off the step to the backroom and made her nose bleed and has a slight graze on one side of her little snuffler.. DD3 was 'watching' her while I got dinner in .. obviously she cannot be trusted, she is 13 so perfectly capable.. in future I shall turn off the tv!! Hopefully when the back room is decorated and laminated and nice I can just pop her in there to play while getting dinner on and she won't fall anywhere or try putting herself in the oven!!

oooh... I best mention!!
info re facebook group
We've had a fair few alien requests (I don't 'think' any of you are in China or Africa are you? if you are I apologise for refusing your request) to join our facebook group so I have made it a 'secret' group so if anyone wants to join they need to message one of the people who are already members with their fb details and they can be added.. anyone who is already a member can add someone else but it has to be approved by a member. On the right of the page near the top there is an 'invite' and you just type in the new persons name.. easy peasy, even my mother can do it!
It is purely to reduce the trolls and spams we have had in the past.. not because we want to keep out new flyminions!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Me too, been having depo injections for 13 years and no monthlies and to the best of my knowledge no symptoms at all. I get a bit of conflicting advice from the docs about how long its sensible to stay on the depo's but I dont want to change!
Gardening done today big style. OH had to be nagged into action, we are clearing a very overgrown bit of our garden and its been really hard work. Have decided taking all the rubbish away in the car is going to take us weeks so I think we are going to get a skip.
DS2 gone to see a friend. I really didnt want to turn out at 10pm to collect him so hubby kindly said he would go. I hate going out late on a night, I never feel like I have a proper evening. Jim jams will be on soon I think.0 -

Same here! Hubby thinks I should get loads done n a Thursday and Friday but not that easy with a two year old around. Every time I think I have done a room, I go back a bit later and there's stuff everywhere again! Also fit in swimming lessons, toddler group and catching up with nanny and grandad. As well as doing the school run for ds1. I am going to try and be better though!Grocery challenge-

Fizz - mine back from cricket too, DS1 played for the 2nd rather than the first team as a favour but both won. DS3 has been up there scoring for 6 hours - nice and tired
DS2 should be making his bed, I'll change ours tomorrow.
Most of the Washing up sorted. Going to do 15 minutes of Governor emails next whilst I'm sort of in the mood. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Thank you Pigpen for the Facebook heads up and for managing the group. And thank you Kaz for sharing the dishwasher burn out. My goodness, you kept your head when I would have been panicking, so well done on that one. I don't think I'll ever be so complacent again about running it when we go to bed.
Went over to the chalet to collect the laundry and found, yet again, the batteries had been removed from both smoke detectors.Better is good enough.0
