No they have gone up £1.16 or £1.18 :eek:

I am desperate to stop, I've been getting really upset about it over the last week or so. But I want to make sure I get the facts about the mental side of it consolidated in my mind before my mind starts playing tricks on me when I stop, which is why I'm smoking until the end of the book (or maybe I'm telling myself that so that I can smoke for longer :rotfl:)

Agree David. Thread is very quiet and seems to lack its usual bounce and volume of posts - weeks catch up was quick :eek: TM, don't think its because there are no bargains/glitches, just that peeps aren't posting much on here, if at all There are plenty of amazing deals out there, and I am wondering if folk are dropping out for the same reasons? Thread seems to have narrowed to a much small number of "regular" posters, so maybe let's try and encourage back that greater diversity and bigger pool of posters, which I believe is what makes this place so strong and gives a healthier balance :j.

Apologies I have been AWOL for this week as I've had to work extra as short staffed, what with my ghastly back ache, it's been a real struggle to 'straighten up' in the morning before work with the aid of tablets. Then to work full time whilst being in agony, the last thing I want to do when I get home is read though here - I'm so so sorry.
Last night I had to lay down on floor to watch BGT as I couldn't get comfortable.
The back is 90% better - but I now have sciatica down my left leg it's just trying to sit in this chair to type is so uncomfortable, will try & keep up here & elsewhere after Wednesday

My home is a pig sty - Fourp just doesn't notice 'stuff' & mess & dirt :mad:
I have ironing in a 6' pile dating back to when we returned from Salou :eek: I just can't stand or sit long enough to tackle it.

Nevermind - on the good side I bumped into my sister who spoke to me but I could tell she had been avoiding me
