Apologies I have been AWOL for this week as I've had to work extra as short staffed, what with my ghastly back ache, it's been a real struggle to 'straighten up' in the morning before work with the aid of tablets. Then to work full time whilst being in agony, the last thing I want to do when I get home is read though here - I'm so so sorry.
Last night I had to lay down on floor to watch BGT as I couldn't get comfortable.
The back is 90% better - but I now have sciatica down my left leg
it's just trying to sit in this chair to type is so uncomfortable, will try & keep up here & elsewhere after Wednesday
My home is a pig sty - Fourp just doesn't notice 'stuff' & mess & dirt
I have ironing in a 6' pile dating back to when we returned from Salou  I just can't stand or sit long enough to tackle it.
Nevermind - on the good side I bumped into my sister who spoke to me but I could tell she had been avoiding me
How are you all?
