I won't go into all the ins and outs, I'll just say that he wasn't receiving the care and support at home that he ought to have been. Hes very recently been diagnosed with Aspergers.
I know people will think Im bonkers taking on another kid with all Ive had going onBut, it's not a decision I took lightly or without the views of everyone else who lives here. Quite honestly, the alternative to him coming here was unthinkable
As kids go, he's pleasant, polite and well behaved......but quite withdrawn. He gets on well enough with my kids and they are happy for him to be here. I have enough room here for him to have his own space, which is important to him. And one more mouth to feed won't bankrupt us.
The most heartbreaking thing is that my friend (I'm using that term loosely) his mother offered no resistance to the idea of him living here
:(. I have no idea how it's going to pan out or for how long it will be. I would like to hope that at some point one of his parents will give themselves a shake and be in a position to look after him the way he deserves.
Other than that nuffin going on here  :rotfl::rotfl:

Hopefully the mother just needs a bit of space for a short-while to get her head around how she can be a mother to him again. I hope he's happy with you and copes well with the new change :AFinal cigarette smoked 02/01/18

Good morning everyone.

Also went through TCB to collect 1.20.
All points were collected buying 3v cards and topcashback claims.grocery challenge 9.86/600 -
Also still in shock at hubby paying £16+ to Sky rip off merchants to watch the boxing :cool:
At least he invited a neighbour round to share his largesse, who then refused to leave til 1.30am. Glad I'd 'retired' beforehand.
Hubby none too pleased when 8.30am and time to take DS2 to rugby rolled round :rotfl:
No way would I pay £16 for O/H to watch the boxing.
He watched it on the computer for nothing. :money:N1LDA0 -

Caught up after having been away. Fab time in Cornwall with some fantastic sunny days (and some very wet days too :rotfl:)
Agree David. Thread is very quiet and seems to lack its usual bounce and volume of posts - weeks catch up was quick  TM, don't think its because there are no bargains/glitches, just that peeps aren't posting much on here, if at allThere are plenty of amazing deals out there, and I am wondering if folk are dropping out for the same reasons? Thread seems to have narrowed to a much small number of "regular" posters, so maybe let's try and encourage back that greater diversity and bigger pool of posters, which I believe is what makes this place so strong and gives a healthier balance :j.
Anyhoo, fairy dishwasher tabs 30 pack offer posted the other evening, indeed work out better than free as part of a T online pp shop even before the £5 wys £20 is taken into account. Compare £12 to £5 at A, but only cost £6 if bought with wul. Even better bargain if spend is topped up to £20 for the household CS code.
Am amazed not to see a string of posts on this £5 off £20 code - there are some fantastic bargains to be had getting £10 pp on a £15 spend or less. Have seen Shirley's Kleenex :T:T, but have I missed others?
Hope you enjoy your Sunday
Morning RN if people are choosing to keep deals/bargains/glitches/chat amongst themselves there is not a lot the rest of us can do and if it was not for the "regular" posters (bubbs ) keeping it going where would it be.When The Fun Stops Stop0 -

Checkoutsmart app - it is run by the team behind Quidco but sometimes different offers than ClickSnap. Different account - cannot use same receipt with both but can enter two different receipts and take up both offers if it appears on both.

Morning Has this worked for you? I thought you could not use the sites for the same offers although I knew it would need to be different receipts, if it was allowed.0
