New mags in Oxford - upstairs by the tills. They also gave me a voucher for 50p off a meal deal, which can be used 4 times - I don't know if this is just an Oxford thing as it was on the back of a leaflet detailing the refit. :D

All "sale" stuff is still pants. Trying to swing a trip to London tommorrow with work, so maybe....

Hello there. I am hoping someone will be able to help me.

I have checked their website and this thread, but, can't find the answer........

I have ordered some products from Boots.com, recieved confirmation, but, not the package yet, (collecting it tomorrow), however, during this time one of my products has dropped by £7 on their website.

Can I called them and ask for them to match the price as I could with some other shops?

    Thanks in advance.

Unbelievable - I finally had a call about my Boots pamper treatment after waiting for them to call me back for over two weeks. I queried the fact that the voucher is now out of date, but apparently the vouchers have been extended until 31st July.

I was told that I can have my manicure, but only on a Monday or Tuesday and only from 9.30am until 5pm. I explained that this was not very convenient for me as I run two businesses and one of my colleagues is about to go on holiday so I am unable to take time off. She said that she would call me back - that was over two hours ago.......

The saga continues................ Anyone else had any joy yet?

  • In reply to another poster, sorry can't remember who, I have successfully taken items back instore for refund from .com orders, once I ordered 2 Door Name Plaques in sale online one each for my DD's but had a note in the box saying only sent one as the other out of stock so I returned the one I had instore & explained I only wanted them if they had 2 no questions asked.
