Three months on the market, not one viewing

It's unclear which one it is - if I can't work it out, there are plenty others to look at where I can work it out.
If it's the one over the arch, then: noisy, cold. Will those gates squeak every time they open and keep me awake day and night.
Floorplan's useless - can't work it out/too small/too dark (I hate those 3D style ones as they're rubbish).
Unless the area's rough, I'd be looking at this house at £70k before a flat: http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/319877050 -
There's not a vase with twigs in!I'm never offended by debate & opinions. As a wise man called Voltaire once said, "I disagree with what you say, but will defend until death your right to say it."
Mortgage is my only debt - Original mortgage - January 2008 = £88,400, March 2014 = £47,000 Chipping away slowly! Now saving to move.0 -
I don't like having the only bathroom en-suite to the bedroom; it means visitors who want to use the loo have to go through my bedroom.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

2 things:
a) in the price range of £0 to £100,000 for 1 bed flats there is only one property more expensive than yours (@£85k), one priced the same as yours and 9 which are cheaper
b) it is a one bed flat. Therefore an unpopular item.
Those who can will leapfrog it and buy something better, those who can't will be price driven.
No viewings means your price is wrong - using the WV1 postcode and £80k celling for any type of property http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/find.html?searchType=SALE&locationIdentifier=OUTCODE%5E2871&insId=1&radius=0.0&displayPropertyType=&minBedrooms=&maxBedrooms=&minPrice=&maxPrice=80000&retirement=&partBuyPartRent=&maxDaysSinceAdded=&_includeSSTC=on&sortByPriceDescending=&primaryDisplayPropertyType=&secondaryDisplayPropertyType=&oldDisplayPropertyType=&oldPrimaryDisplayPropertyType=&newHome=&auction=false there are 3 two bed flats on at the same price as yours and 2 two bedders which are cheaper than yours. There is even a 3 bed town house that is cheaper than you
people on here will micro criticise the photos but at the end of the day a serious househunter will view everything in their price range. The fact you have had no viewings confirms your price range is wrong0 -

I agree that no viewings at all almost certainly means it is overpriced.
It isn't clear which flat it is. Assuming it is over the archway then I would be concerned about noise, and about heating. Is yours the right hand one over the arch? If so, I'd be looking at the green on the roof and wondering whether there is an issue with poor guttering and if there will be leaks in through that velux window.
The flat looks unloved and bland.
I would take it off the market when your lock in period ends, look at re-dressing the flat and getting pictures taken and then re-market it, but I don't think it will sell quickly unless you reduce the price, as it looks as though there is a lot of competition. All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)0 -
Click on 'More properties like this one' (top-right in Rightmove). Within a quarter of a mile, everything else for sale is a 2 or 3 bed terrace... For about the same price. I'd much rather have one of those!
This is the same price as yours (as yours is OIRO and theirs isn't):

I was born and bred in Wolverhampton so know the area well, and the I also know the property market well in Wolves. Please do not take this the wrong way, but the location of your flat is very close to Whitmore Reans - the less desirable side of town. The properties for sale you link to are Tettenhall, Compton areas - the other side of town and the sought after areas.
I'm really sorry, but the price is wrong for the area.0
