Seller does nothing.
Buyer doesn't return but gets a refund.....it happens too often.
The seller needs to be proactive now the funds are held.
Yes, I know that...but if they aren't proactive now (whether it be due to other circumstances), they could take further action if so required. But it would be a lot more economical to do so now.0 -
Hi all
Thanks for the many replies. I sent photos of the damage and original listing pics to ebay, I also filmed the return delivery and the unpacking because I thought buyer might claim that's not how he returned it( which he did)i have two beautiful baby boys now

I no longer sell anything of value on ebay, stopped over a year ago. The risks are just not worth it. I only sell on there what I can afford to lose!0

Could you share with us the "buyer"'s eBay username?Q: What kind of discussions aren't allowed?
A: It goes without saying that this site's about MoneySaving.
Q: Why are some Board Guides sometimes unpleasant?
A: We very much hope this isn't the case. But if it is, please make sure you report this, as you would any other forum user's posts, to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.0
