Will be sooooooo glad when it's all over.
Have to say that I am totally disgusted at the total lack of support being given by my daughters primary school, especially towards the GL exams...shame on you Antrim Primary:mad:

We're totally the same with my sisters primary school... They went from doing nothing at all in p6, to throwing way too much random work at the kids... Most of which didn't actually seem relevant to what's on the AQE! It seems that parents were complaining at the lack of work so they just threw tons of irrelevant work at them to look like the school were actually doing something! I dread to think how bored and frustrated she'll be in school from now to June.

It is really frustrating when I know all the other local primary schools are doing so much more for their pupils.
Thankfully that's it nearly over now, hope every one has a good day tomorrow:D

  • My son is still awake. He has just told me he can't get to sleep and is worried that he hasn't done well in the 1st two papers........

Thankfully this will finally be over in about 12 hours time.

Very best wishes to everyone for tomorrow. :)

Well guys, that's it over and we survived it! Lol. It has been lovely chatting with you all, it has really made a difference speaking to people who were going through the same thing. Have a great weekend and a fab Christmas. Maybe we will all catch up again in January with hopefully good news for our kids but whatever the outcome will be I'm sure we are all very proud of our kids. Take care everyone xxx

    IT'S OVER!!!

Well that's all 3 papers finally over... It doesn't seem like 7 months from we started doing papers and writing on the forum.

It seems that today's test went well, she said that it was easier than paper 1.

Now it's just the wait until results arrive... Hopefully the 8 weeks will fly by with christmas and the school open days.

  • Such a relief it's over. Think me and the hubby will enjoy a bottle of wine tonight and give my daughter a wee drink of coke (which she's never allowed) Thinking of lighting the fire and burning a few practice papers! lol

Enjoy a stress free Xmas everyone and will be back at the end of January xx
  • Thank goodness it's all over, daughter came out smiling, she felt paper was a lot easier than last week. All the practise papers are in the bin lol
Enjoy your weekend and have a fabulous XMAS. Well done to all the kids and the hard work they've done.xx
