This fortnight's Loose Women competition is in the Postal / Text / Phone thread here as they've taken away the online entry route (hopefully for this comp only). The prize is £10,000 and a £15,000 Gadget Bundle.

Here's the email address if you want to complain;

    I hope it doesn't mean all the ITV comps are going to go the same way :(

    It's a shame - I really liked the fact that my (potential) winnings would come from others' premium rate phone calls! ;)

    The way I read it is the postal route is limited to one entry per postcard or envelope so you can send in as many entries as you like as long as they are all on different postcards/envelopes and postage is paid on each of them. (Been on the cards since they stopped being "skill" competitions)

    Post – send your name and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) to Loose Women 21, PO Box 7558, Derby, DE1 0NQ. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted. Each sealed envelope/postcard will only count as one entry. If an entrant submits more than one entry on a postcard or in an envelope, the first entry reviewed will be used and any further entries discarded. The Promoter and producers bear no responsibility for any entry that is incorrectly submitted, lost or received after the closing date, or damaged in any way

    You're right - updated main post to prevent anyone using that complaint if they email ITV.

    Personally I wouldn't be that disappointed if they were!

    I've wasted a so many hours entering them over the years that I think it has become an unhealthy addiction.

    I only ever used one phone number on web entries but I think it brings out the worst in people who buy extra mobile phones specifically to put in multi-entries to these things.

    If these web entries do come to an end at least it makes the odds a little fairer for those people who do not have internet access and enter by phone.

    They appear to be almost more trouble than they are worth now unless you pass or live near a post office given the number of packages that now have to be posted inside one.

    On the plus side they rest members more often so there is a better chance of getting on the panel.
