All itv comps should be one per household as you have 1 tv signal so 1 entry.
And if you win an itv comp you should be banned from entering anyomre at your address for 10 years - to give others a chance.
Hate seeing these compers who have won the same comps a few times, i have complained about this to them also. Not that it will do any good.
10 years?? lol funny! They wouldn't exclude people when they want to make money from a competition! Yes we enter online but many don't I bet - well they cant or they wouldn't offer such huge prizes regularly!
Why should anyone be banned? £20,000 is not enough to give up work forever and live off for the rest of your life so if you've won it before why on earth should you not be allowed to enter for 10 years! everyone should be able to enter if they want - only a person who hasn't won and happens to be bitter would say that - bet youd enter again if you won!!! lolApril 2014: A CAR!!!!!! :j 60th Anniversary Edition of Playboy mag signed by Hugh Hefner/Family pass to Twinlakes Family Theme Park/Rio 2 Goodies/£15 Promod Voucher/Nivea Sensitive Prize pack/John Frieda Cosmetic bag and bits/Tickets to New Kids On The Block + Meet and Greet0 -
Next week's comp is also phone, text & postal entry only0

Thanks for update.
I've decided why I don't like postal comps. It's not because I resent the cost of a stamp, or because I have some ethical believe that all comps should be truly free to enter. No. It's because I am LAZY! :rotfl: the post box is less than thirty seconds' walk away. Pure and simple laziness.
Maybe ITV will help me lose weight with this to-ing and fro-ing to the post box0 -
ten years vp thats a bit harsh-so u win say 2k on a real deal comp and u shouldnt be ale to win again?
hardly fairWhat goes around-comes around0 -
I emailed ITV to say disappointed Loose women comps had changed to postal entries and asked about number of entries
'I wondered if you could you explain the t&c for postal entries - does this mean you can enter more than once as long as on a different postcard, or is it just one entry per person and others will be discarded. (t&c not worded very well)'
THIS IS THEIR REPLY
'Thank you for your email regarding Postal entries.
You can only enter once, if we receive more than one entry the extra ones will be discarded.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.
Did I resolve your enquiry? Please take a few moments to rate my response and click on the link below.

I have had a series of dialogue with them about this.
They confirmed that all future loose women comps will be postal route and no online entry.
I was told that they decided to use postal route to keep engaging a wide range of viewers. I advised that if that were true then all entry routes would be available, to which the response was that it adds cost and complexity having lots of different routes.
I was also told that it was to keep options simple and in line with other commercial broadcasters (I assume they mean Channel 4). To which I commented that it appears to be a race to the bottom.
They advised that it was in line with gambling act etc etc and that a postal entry counts as a free entry and that online entrants still have to pay for broadband - not always the case though!
Lets hope they see sense.0 -

ive already asked them they said just said theres no online entry no explanation they can do what they like really
Do you have an email address? I'd like to send a complaint to them as well.0 -
A postal route is acceptable as the free entry method and is used by both the other main commercial broadcasters (Ch 4 and 5).
The only way they might be bothered is if viewing figures plummet because there is no web entry but otherwise it's unlikely to be an issue for them.0 -
Unfortunately it looks like they're going to remove online entry for other daytime programmes;

Might be worth emailing ITV for every postal entry you send to make them have to confirm that the entry was received and entered.0 -
Making the free entry method a postal entry, is hardly going to open it up to more people, considering how few post offices people have, and the cost of stamps, let alone how far some people have to go to get to the nearest post box!0
