Oh my I think I died again... My poorly tummy is playing up again... Trying to think what I have eaten that could have upset it this time.. Other than OH annoying me earlier..

Last time I had scoffed a mini kiev and the time before I'd had a chicken in garlic kebab skewer thing Friday night we had cottage pie which may hand contained garlic but yesterday I had nothing other than a slice of ham and a few wine gums and today had nothing except a packet of crisps a choc ice and a tablespoon of peas so !!!!!! is setting it off ?

Maybe if isn't food, maybe it is people... I don't know if I can change or avoid those..

Piggers my tummy whilst it can be set off by certain foods can also react to hormones, stress and all manor of things just because it can, hope your's settles soon.

I've had a little flutter but that is all. DS3 has already been down twice tonight and that is after I've read and laid with him, obviously a bit stressy.

Right list for tomorrow and then going to see if I can find Chelsea on catchup tv before collapsing in a nice clean bed. Early paid stuff tomorrow so I'll catch up at lunchtime - somebody do some flying and lead by example.

I've not been very productive flying wise today. HHI 9-9.30, paid stuff, DS3 to orthodentist (no action for another 12 months). It's been too hot. Coco has been walked and we found a new way through the woods to the front entrance of the school. I regretted wearing shorts as there were lots of nettles!

Echoing this! I have mild IBS and always get horribly bunged up before AF is due (sorry if TMI) and (…the TMI continues…!) when I'm ovulating my tummy goes the other way -- today I have been cramping something rotten and am so bloated, I feel as though I'm about 6 months pregnant. If you've had a stressy weekend away, I'd hazard a guess that's the route of your problems over the past few days.

Just to add, you really haven't eaten much today piggers! 'nother spoonful of peas?! :D

Fizz Thanks for the suggestions. I'm using a cleansing shampoo and scrubbing it well so the brassiness has already eased off a lot. I also bought some j0hn Freda shampoo/conditioner specifically for blonde hair :o At nearly £6 a tube it is most definitely not being purchased again, but I was in B00ts and they had a 3 for 2 thing and they kind of just fell into my basket while waiting in the queue with the colour remover :o:o I have more of "an ageing lions' mane" thing going on now with all the various shades of blonde and "ash blonde" (aka grey/white in my case!) :rotfl::rotfl:

This evening has been a bust. DD came home looking like someone had tried to shove a blue whale into a size 8 wetsuit  She's obviously had a broadness growth spurt again and the buttons on blouse and pants were straining, and her pants were leaving her belly red and sore :o So the trip to Mr A has resulted in the purchasing of 2 more pairs of trousers in the next size up, and 2 packs of blouses (only 2 in a pack) in age 15-16 which is the biggest they currently stock :eek: I have no idea where to start if she keeps growing at this rate, she's only blooming 13 & I have 3 more years of uniform buying for her!!! I can see me having to pay out a small fortune for blouses at this rate. _pale_

We've had a spectacular thunderstorm here so we spent an hour watching that from the bedroom windows and now I need to get a white wash done while I stitch extra belt loops on DD's new pants, so she has a new blouse for tomorrow, and then a quick dark wash to make sure she has the pants. Good jobs she's in bed, and I'm already in my pjs so todays clothes can go in with them :rotfl: Then while they are doing their thing, I need to sort out some of DD's cookery stuff as she's gone to bed with a massive headache again, this time its storm related, she's been getting these since she was little and I have similar so I wasn't going to argue. :(

Off to put a white wash on, and grab my sewing kit. Back later

Absolutely 100% certain.. We've only had 1 game of tents this month and it was a week too late for that exact reason!

I'm feeling a bit better but I don't think I have anything left in to come out.. one way or another I am empty.. I can't face eating in case it sets it all off again so I'm off to bed and starving.. I bet when I wake up in the morning I am no longer hungry!

Duvet vanished and washed after Dot had a nosebleed.. she was asleep and her nose started pouring.. the dress looks to be clean!! :)

Off to bed.. I love my bed.

Just going to bed now. I must be mad. I'm up at 5.45ish :eek::eek: Big note to DD to come and 'kick' me out the bed. I think a nap will be required, never mind flying :o
