eww. I would never dream of washing my cleaning cloths in with everything else. Really? The cloth I've used to clean the kitchen floor in with my knickers? Noooo!

I save the cloths up until I've got enough for a small wash, then put them in at 90. OH's car cleaning cloths go in as well.

if I don't like washing cleaning cloths in with the "main wash"?

Does 60 degrees kill all the germs I should be worried about anyway?

I wouldn't dream of putting my cleaning cloths in with the main wash  I put them in with the tea towels/dish cloths on a hot wash.

If I'd washed a floor with a cloth I'd hand wash that in hot/soapy water with a few soak/rinses .... I'd not want it anywhere near anything else.

Your not the only one. :D Mind you, in my defence, the really mucky jobs like cleaning the toilet gets done with anti bac wipes which get chucked in the bin.

Interesting article about bacteria in washing machines...http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2050239/How-washing-machines-familys-health-risk-Low-temperatures-mixed-loads-spreading-dangerous-bugs.html

It gives the impression that only non-biological powder contains bleach, but that cant be right, surely?
