Wowzer! Heavenleigh, I saw the kitchen photos and had an attack of house envy, read some more posts and it quickly passed. have you lost a lodger at all, there seems to be some legs poking out of the pile?

:rotfl: her name is Sienna there is also a head, torso, arms and wigs belonging to her somewhere in that room, she got dumped in there after my husband kept walking into dark rooms and getting the fright of his life seeing her standing there.
I must admit to moving her around the house at ungodly hours to hear him squeal when he bumped into her in the morning:eek:

Ok, you two win. My mess is only one foot deep and you can open and close the door with ease so I am not worthy. Mind you, this is one competition I don't mind not winning!

Heavenleigh - i'm also a bit concerned about the legs in your room. Has someone upset you or is that your mother?

Pigpen - Is barney a rabbit or a mop....he's just too adorable!

I've made a big cake in my new cake tin. I'm just hoping it'll be cooked before I pick up the children or I won't be able to pick them up, lol. Got to get my priorities right! xx

Well being spurred on from those pics I have got off the couch and hoovered through, swept kitchen & bathroom floors (I have the smallest kitchen in the world - its a kitchen in a cupboard lol!), mopped the kitchen, bathroom & hall floors. Also did the lunch dishes, just need to dry them. Next job all that school paperwork and as we had a sort through the paperwork I know where a folder is going spare!

ha ha ha - thanks for the pics everyone!

I can't post mine up now as I'm at work - but it's so great to see that i'm not the only one ;):D:o

Although the 'before' pics that heavenleigh posted were so much better than my 'after-a-week-of-flying' flat that I almost cried ;)

    Hope everyone's having a good afternoon :)

Lets admitit. If left to our own devices, we all like hoarding carp. That is why we are all here. My room of doom seems to move around the house, cos i move things to see if it works better there.

DH gave me 6 weeks notice that his best friend from school wants to stay, so i started moving toys downstairs to make the spare room better, and now the corner of the living room is a pit, so i found some bits of toys that can be put away, so then the landing is a pit, so it is one vicious circle.

Fling, fling, and fling some more. I have found amazon brill recently for selling on books and DVDs, and ebay is ok at times, but i'm fed up of all the effort for peanuts. The charity shop will also be doing well this week, as i am determined i will have a house to be proud of by the time i go back to work. 7 weeks and counting. In reality i will probably do a lot that week or two before i go back as Charlie will be in the nursery and i will need to do something to stop me worrying. Little monkey is still asleep. MAy have to wake him soon or he wont sleep tonight.

Haven't got much further, put some photos onto my facebook account to show my sister (testing out my new pen drive see - it holds lots), started loading up the WM again with some of Charlie's stuff as his basket is nearly overflowing again, and put the pizza base ingredients in the BM.

Please if anyone has seen my motivation this week, smack its bum and send it back to me.
