Parcelforce drivers too round here - but to be fair we do get an excellent service from ours, and it's always the same guy.0 -
Can't fault Amazon Logistics' delivery times, however, when not in, they just dump the parcel on the doorstep for onlookers to see, must have be about 15 times now. They then claim that they have either handed it over to me or left in safe place (supposed to be behind green bin). Complained lots of times, always get the same response about how it will help them improve....0

Amazon logistics are useless , for the 2nd time they said they couldn't gain access....the delivery address Is to my works address, ironically a transport company. They have also lost one of my items, their help number is no help what so everVuja De - the feeling you'll be here later0

Well, they sent a Prime delivery with Royal Mail, supposed to be arriving yesterday, nothing, now will have to wait until Monday.0

ordered something yesterday at 7pm. Selected prime delivery and it was due to arrive tomorrow morning. Woke up this morning and it had been posted through my letter box.
You can't really argue with that level of service! Very impressed0 -

If you pay for Prime membership then call them, tell them you're disappointed at the service and they will extend your membership by a month. If you paid extra for delivery on Saturday then they should refund you the additional cost. If it was free then you should look at your order confirmation email as it always says that the estimated date for delivery is shown below. Estimated doesn't mean guaranteed.0 -

You do realise the last few days have seen the highest volumes of mail and parcels across the entire UK network and you're grumbling because yours will arrive a day late! Unbelievable :rotfl:0 -

Luckily I live in one of the parts of the country where I can order an item from Amazon at 10:00am, and it turns up at 6pm on the same day!
Which basically means I don't have much to moan about Prime!0 -

So what? The volume of mail and parcels isn't something the customer should have to concern themselves with. They pay for a product and a service, which Amazon claim "If you place your order with One-Day Delivery, depending on the time of day that you place your order, if in stock it'll be dispatched that same day and delivered the next day." (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200182420)
If Amazon are unable to do that then they shouldn't offer it as a service.0 -

Sorry but thats a nonsense.
No carrier can make a profit and meet the target 100%. I have had one delayed AL delivery.
There was a fire at the Glasgow warehouse. Should they stop offering deliveries from that warehouse?0
