Don't you think that having a damp, mouldy house is relevant when the problem being asked about is damp getting inside a computer?
If people leave out what may be very important information when asking for advice, what's wrong with looking at the previous posting history to find out something that may help?

There's more than likely a link to dampness in the house and the faulty laptop. It just seems over the top to me to revive a two year old thread to point this out.

To be fair the OP was particularly insistent (to the point of rudeness) that Lenovo are lying and "taking advantage" and there was no way the laptop could ever possibly have been in contact with any sort of moisture.

I think it's completely fair to call these people out (even if it is 2 years later) because as usual we only hear 1 side of the story and this leaves a black mark on the business - in reality it would seem that Lenovo have been correct all along.
