Ive never come accross an organisation which shows such contempt for people.

You know they wouldnt treat people this way if they had to do it face to face

All they want is your cash in there bank.
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.
  • The guy has still suffered, whether or not it's been cancelled at this late stage.

    Hi all.
Well, what can i say,i can say this
    PARKING EYE 0
OLD SOLDIERS AND GOOD PEOPLE 1 :T:A
i called the walk in centre and vented my spleen at the complaints desk and threatened to take action against the landowners.
she contacted parking and said they had cancelled the ticket on tuesday ( 13/05/2014).
Thats when i off loaded and told her the nhs trust should be responsible for the people they employ,as i do,and the way they allow business to be done.
Having read the last page of this thread i am blown away by you people. The way you have defended us shows what massive hearts you have and is so touching,i THANK YOU ALL.
I,and you all, have spent stacks of time and effort on this,as some of your post have said.I cushioned my friend a lot during this and didn't tell him too much as he can't put his 'duke's up' so i squared up to them, with your help for him and people like him.I would do it all again for anyone.
You people are superb.I e-mailed people and was on the phone everyday, and as i work all day like some of you it was very stressful and time consuming.
    YES, we won. HOORAY!
The rats scurried back to the rat holes, but like you have said, they were scared of the outcry if it went too public.Yes there is still a story there and i am sure some of you,you know who you are, will keep the home fires burning. These parasites, maggots, turds, whatever you want to call them have to be stopped from the blatant entrapment tricks that they use and get away with.I will not let this go and as a previous post say's,i want a full apology for this guy and i will pursue it,how long it will take is anyone's guess. All that these parking agents (species unknown) have to do is put barriers up.They make millions and it would stop anyone parking without a ticket. But then they would not be able to entrap us.Parking eye are liars, cheats and are dishonest, its in there veins.
I could not update you yesterday my pc was having a make-over.Sorry.
Cheers everyone. The old soldier is still above ground.:rotfl: and thanks you all very very much.I know how hard you people have/do work.
I have taken on board everything you have said.

A persons reach should far exceed their grasp :D

Even though I emailed PE as well as the BPA the former have not replied to me. So I am getting all this information from the BPA. It just shows how arrogant PE are.

And PE wonder why people call them scum.

This should be on page one! The fact that parking eye have dropped this now shows the power people have over these so called companies, I for one will be linking to this thread constantly to show others what can be done even when a claim has been raised.

Coventrian give my regards to your friend, and tell him that he has gained many friends here despite not posting here, we celebrate his good fortune and his continued good health now this is behind him.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
