Don't listen to him and go and see a solicitor asap. You don't owe him to do things amicably and toy need to get a perfect grasp of what you are entities to and what is fair.
Just one comment about the house. The equity is large and this could go agent you if he decided to take the court route. I was advised previously that judges are less and less sympathetic at just allowing systematic residence to the PWC on the basis of looking after a child under 18. They will look at the equity, your ability to increase your income (and potential to working full time if your child is about to start secondary school) and whether you could purchase a property that would meet the need of your family (ie. 2 bed flat). I wouldn't worry about it now but keep it in mind.0
