Did you have heavy rain and thunder yesterday too Bella/Sylvia? It was like that here with hot sun in between! Weird weather!

I am so annoyed today, the kitchen bloke has turned up yet again with wrong door! He knew I was annoyed so he got on phone to manufacturer and said I wasn't happy. We need to finish this kitchen off!

The fish and chips were lovely wingo - none of us could finish them though! We had a little shower just before we met Sylvia & Fred and as we were in shorts and T's we were a bit worried as we had walked from Hartlepool.
Hope you get your kitchen door sorted soon. It was my larder that held ours up and it was really annoying. Finished up a guy from Howdens brought out a more modern fitting and put it on himself. Really love the way it pulls out and in - so handy.

Well that's DH running DD down to a friends with her T in the Park stuff so her mum can get packed. She is working later and then going straight to their house for an early start tomorrow. She has left us her bag for Dunfermline as we pick her up in Stirling on Monday so all go. She is so excited about it as she has never been to a festival before never mind one as big as that. Quite worrying for us though!

finished off making the rhubarb & apple pies for the coffee morning & even managed to jar up some more herbs so have had a productive day up to now :j

I see you have been busy baking again firefly and potting up your herbs. Its good to keep busy.

I have had a busy day, washing done, fixed shelf in my wardrobe and done some more packing. Getting there now. DD1 coming tomorrow to help me sort out my sewing cupboard and help get curtains down etc.

It has been lovely and sunny here today.

We just had jacket with cheese and beans for quickness today.
