Yes firefly, we had a really lovely time and the fish & chips were good too. Love cherries although they always seem to be expensive so don't have them often. Chip butties sounds lovely, we are just having a ham sandwich for tea tonight.

was lucky with the cherries as ordered a £3 pack but they
hadn't got them in so they substituted me 2 x £2 packs
with no extra cost so ended up with more cherries
for less price :j big juicy ones as well

Oh well done on the cherries bargain fire**fly. I love cherries too but I always want to spit the pips out at my annoying daughter WHO IS SAT NEXT TO ME LAUGHING AT MY POST!! :mad: (kids....who'd have them! :whistle: )
She is in a mood cos I'm making her do sports day on Friday!

Glad you had a lovely day at the seaside Sylvia Did you go to the nice f & c shop next to arcades? Hope the weather stayed ok there. I was meant to go on trip to seaside with one of classes but stayed in school. They came back early as the heavens opened up and kids were getting soaked!

I was talking to my new neighbour who mentioned a start cat walking in her house all the time. I think it's the last neighbours cat as they had two but took the other one. I've seen it around but it's more wary of people. It's shocking if they have left it behind! The new neighbour told me the previous one said it was a stray but I know they had it for a few years!

I doubt they will come back if they pretended it was a stray. It used to always play with my son until we got jasper. I think it's more feisty now but still...no excuse to leave behind!

have you a local cat rescue you could maybe get in touch with to let them know & maybe they can help x
