First, I apologise to Asda....it wasn't there fault, but they did make the initial mistake by sending the cut off text. Sorry.
Three finally admitted that they haven't supported 2g for several YEARS!!! But it continues working for some people but could/will cut off unexpectedly rendering 2g handset redundant. No recompense.
3 Tech staff being admonished for not realising the problem, by asking if it was a 2g haandset I was using.

Why should there be any compensation?
It's been against Three's terms to use a 2G phone since they launched!
You want Three to recompense you for your 2G phone not working on their network when they specifically prohibit the use of the 2G phone on their network?====0
