considering a gentle plooter about the West end with Mrs E today. That's an actual part of Glasgow, not a euphemism

How about average weekly increase and % above/below average :D.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Went running and got groceries yesterday evening, so considering a gentle plooter about the West end with Mrs E today. That's an actual part of Glasgow, not a euphemism

:rotfl: :rotfl::rotfl: What kind of people do you think we are?

Don't answer that! Great savings totals :T

    • Got to order some new gravel for my fish tank, redoing the current sand/gravel combo is the horrible bank holiday chore! While spending more money might not sound like a money saver, I'm hoping to save £60/year in chemicals by spending £30 changing to something a bit more low tech :rotfl:

A wee bit grumpy, off to read the paper.

I am thinking about trying to write up an idiots guide that's in a slightly improved format from what's currently available on the forum. It does the job, but it leaves a lot of questions unanswered and some of the participants on that particular board could be a little more friendly (although most are fine) ;)

I think a middle ground between nothing and chapter and verse would work well for most intelligent people.
