If I'm doing a fraud investigation, one of the things I look for are people who avoid taking leave. It can be someone who is worried about what people can discover if they are absent.

In the past I often used to worry about having time off, in case certain colleagues covering my work didn't do the work to my standards.

When I returned after my holidays, I'd feel I'd have to spend the next week tidying everything up.

I was cured of that when I started part time work, as I have to accept that other people would be doing work I was involved with.

Lol! My concern is more that none of my colleagues will bother their !!!!!! doing *anything* of mine if I go on leave :rotfl:

That's the reason why we always have to have at least two weeks consecutive holiday in any holiday year
