Yikes Chi-me sounds dangerous!
I put the kids to bed at 6.20
not happy with their behaviour today. I explained this morning that it was 7yrs ago today that Daddy and I got married. And that I was feeling a bit sad and missing him, and it would really help me today if they could be pleasant to each other. Well I don't know why I bothered. It's been one thing after another and I'm not sure how I've not imploded tbh.
I put them in the bath just before 6, sat on the loo and explained I was disappointed they didn't feel they could try harder today. They both said sorry, they are nice now, yada yada. Within minutes they were at each other again. I silently washed faces then pulled the plug out. DS shouted at me and DD called me "naughty mummy". So I just shut the door.
Seems it's not nice sitting in an empty bath. Within about a minute they were calling me back. I let them stew for a minute more then went back in. I've not spoken since
. Just dried both off, pjs on, cleaned teeth and popped straight into bed.
The only reaction they've had is when I raised my eyebrows at "but we are still going to the park tomorrow, aren't we?"
Not an effing chance. Just today, one day, I wanted harmony. One sodding day. I get a text message off my mum, and the occasion is ignored by my father and brother. Effing marvelous.
Pimms it is. Alone
Aww, bless your heart sweetie, I'm tearing up hear for you

You're definitely not alone. I am just pouring a glass of wine so we can have a drink together (I'm 'home alone' as well). So a big hug and cheers me dears !froddington wrote: »bossy - huge hugs xx

Found you!
*is relieved*
Went to help out at the Food Market this morning and took some snaps for the FB page. Was bought a box of cupcakes and friend's mum gave me a bar of chocolate (feel like a child lol) and then came home. DD not good so we went fo a walk in the sunshine (exam stress) then I drove DS to manchester. Flew there - washed up after ALL the students and DS claimed his stuff needed rinsing through.
So the Rhubarb and Ginger Jam hasn't been started. DD is at work so I'm picking her up shortly.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

So can anyone recommend a product that I can wipe on/off wall tiles, kitchen sink etc after cleaning so I can get that "hotel-fresh" shine?
Thanks! :money:
