Hi,
I'm new to the forum. Contacting you because you seem to be a prolific poster! I'd like to publish (redacted) correspondence that I've had with a UK private company to help others on the forum. The PCN I wrote about was cancelled immediately. I used arguments under Sch 4 POFA 2012, which people on here seem to be well versed on, but I also used GDPR and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading |Regulations 2008 arguments which seem to be less common on here - the GDPR arguments seem to be less focused than the could be. What's the best way to get these arguments onto the forum? Apologies for coming singling you out but hope you can help!

It's really important you both (and RWC161) delete these posts, from the wrong thread.
I am sure Quentin will do so and you must do the same and instead read the NEWBIES thread. If you are attempting to use this forum on a phone, for Goodness sake (once you have deleted this post above) STOP USING A PHONE and get onto a PC or laptop, and read the threads properly.
Did you miss post #131 above, telling people who are lost, how to use this forum?

Hi, I have received 2 parking charges from NCP. The first of which I have for being 10 minutes late in leaving the car park. I had been working in Manchester by the letters had been sent to my home address in Durham so I missed the first letter offering a reduced fine from £100 to £60.
The second charge I am unsure as to how late back I may have been or whether I have paid up until a certain time thinking it was free after that time.
Both letter have images and times from cameras showing me entering and leaving the car park.
I was wondering if anyone knew where I stand with paying these charges to a private car park?
Thank you

Hope you don’t mind this reply. I have read the sticky and blue writing template. Just find the information overwhelming. I have mental health issues so I struggle with lots of information - sorry about that.
The keeper received a parking charge notice from UKPC stating that they were a staff member parked in no staff parking area.
Just for some clarity what does the keeper do next - do they wait 26 days before doing anything at all?
Also regarding the blue text, the red text underneath it states for the keeper of the vehicle to put their name and they’re address after yours sincerely is that correct ?
Thanks for your help. I struggle with stress a lot. Any advice would be great. I’ve bookmarked the stickies. But I just need some help with digesting the information
