Depending on the device you use you can access other country's Netflix, eg USA which has a much larger library of programmes to watch (not illegal, as you are a paying customer accessing their account, and tolerated by Netflix probably because it generates extra revenues from countries like Australia where they don't have their own Netflix). However they are now putting a stop on it, due to pressure from the distributors and it doesn't always work.

I got rid of netflix as I mostly watched it on xbox and they changed the layout, absolutely hate it.

I have netflix and there's hardly anything "current" or new on there, so I wouldn't recommend them. I'm not sure how good the competition are though - sorry!
