Not read from start, but a charge of £150 reduced to £100 for prompt payment is also outside BPA guidelines.0

Yes Care Parking want £60 if paid within a few days, then £100, then £150, then the threat of it going up and up. Oh and of course a £2.50 admin charge for paying by debit card.0

I thought that practice had been outlawed, unless I am mistaken? Which is why Ryanair and the like cannot do that any more.Bournemouth - home of the Mighty Cherries0 -
I think Care Parking operate in a world of their own. Reading their letter I could almost believe they were doing me a favour by allowing me to pay them. Ain't psychology brilliant!0

''PPC World'' is indeed full of the deluded and the nasty and the stupid. Laughable when you see through the veneer!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I just noticed that the PCN I got from Care Parking does not mention POFA 2012. Does that mean they can take action against the driver only? Their NTK letter puts a huge amount of emphasis on insisting I tell them who the driver was!!!!0

Most likely it is not compliant. If you want to email me a copy at prankster@parking-prankster.com I can tell you off forum what the problems are, so they won't be able to fix them, and also pass the info off-forum to the other regulars.
Not that it is especially hard to create a POFA compliant NtK - an 8 year old who could cut and paste could probably do it. Unfortunately, most of the parking companies seem to have difficulty employing somebody with the required skill set.Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Thanks Prankster, doing it now. I wish the site admin would make this site less messy. I only just realised why I couldn't see the end of this thread - it's divided up into different pages!!! D'oh!0
