In January I thought I'd treat myself to another phone, never again.
I bought it from their website but realised even before I received I'd made a mistake so the day it was delivered I cancelled, well within the 7 days, I contacted the relevant dept and was sent the silver envelope to return it. I bought it on my credit card and by the end of February I still had not received a refund. I rang the complaints dept but was given the run around. I documented everything and sent copies of all the emails from the returns dept and sent it recorded delivery to the Complaints Escalation Dept in Sunderland. A day later I was contacted by a member of that team who apologised profusely, promptly gave me £20 in credit on my original phone, and actioned a refund for 14 days time and asked if she could use my experiences as a training excersise. After 14 days still no refund, I was quite disappointed and surprised because she sounded genuine. So now I've sent a letter to the Manager at Sunderland, that was nearly 2 weeks ago. Could I ask all of you consumer champions for advice on where to turn to next. Thanks for reading this.

Have you tried calling the lady in Sunderland who gave you the £20?Hi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards. I didn't catch her name but she seemed quite annoyed at my shoddy treatment. Little did I know at the time she wouldn't follow through with my refund. Any thoughts on what to do now? Anyone0
