On Xmas day DD and new s-i-l decided to cook Xmas dinner for 6 and 2 halves at our house. They did very well and it was all delicious, but the next day when I wanted to chop some onions I realised that they had lost or 'stolen' one of my kitchen knives, and then I realised what a wonderful knife it is and what a bargain. It is a 'small cook's knife' from Lakeland - a Kitchen Devil - and though I have a Global knife and several Sabatiers this is the one I use all the time now (or was !) It sharpens up so that it's really sharp and is comfortable to hold. Yesterday I used it as an excuse to make a visit to Lakeland at Bicester (I have to ration myself) and bought a new one - only 7.49 compared with the hideous cost of many of the other knives they sell. It is a bargain and for once very good value for money...off you go, ladies and gents !0

I love Lakeland's customer service. Today my parcel arrived, was 1 item short. I phoned and got a sincere apology from a lovely friendly lady and was assured it would be sent straight away, no quibbles. it will be, too.0

Customer Service and glowing reports here have mean't I think Lakeland is one of the better things in life and so one must look after whilst at the same time being scrupulously honest in feedback.

I spent £200 in the Lakeland sale....woops! We did get the pans that we've wanted to get for months with a free milk pan. They were £150 just for 4 pans, but with a lifetime guarantee, so the cost is relevant. The other £50 was on sale items, presents, hob cleaner, long handled brush with pan and some other items I can't remember, but I did in 2 orders and used the £5 off voucher on each order.
The pans are great! Gave the others away, so de-cluttering also.

oh I am such a big lakeland fan and have been shopping with them since they were in one room in the lake district and all they sold then were poly bags. Their brilliant customer service has never wavered
One of my most used and best buys was a knife block. It is so so well designed. I have to share that with you

So, experienced Lakeland shoppers, who among you has a Spirelli? I'd really like one, or something similar, but that £20 tag is a little off-putting along with the reviews. Any ideas? TIA! :beer:They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0

is it a spiriliser? I have a spiriliser but it looks different. It makes spaghetti from veg like courgettes and it`s very useful for bulking salads. I like mine0
-
Is yours the Lakeland one though? Very mixed reviews about it leaving a huge amount un- spiralled. I want one to bulk salads
Oooh, and noodle soup!

I have just recently taken delivery of a £71 whopper and am delighted to report that I am the recipient of [unexpected] freebies. I have ended up with double the quantities of a new bag holder that makes it easy to fill bags for OS freezing, oven tray liner x2. The only thing !!!!ing me off is the lovely looking 'Add-a-Shelf' looks woefully too big for my new cookers oven!!!!!!!!! grrrh!! (I wish they would do one to fit my oven I would buy),
The Cleaning oven tray looks fantastic qaulity and well up to the job of the cleaning it will help me to do.
Best wishes to all on all matters Lakeland.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.
