I love Lakeland's clippits and the reusable baking liners which I have permanently lining my baking trays.0 -
I did buy some stuff from Lakeland in the sale but it was mainly Christmas stuff (ordered this on Christmas day; do I win a prize for most organised OSer for Christmas 2009?).
My fave products though are:
Burger maker
Orange peelers
Klippits (although they've changed since the orignal ones which were better)
Foil
Yeast (you may be able to get this from other sources though)
And ltos of other things that I love but can't think of0 -
not so much a gadget but... one Christmas I was after a baking try big enough for the turkey, I just grabbed a large mermaid roasting tray without even looking at the price, came up at around £30:eek: being too embarrassed to say no I bought it and cursed myself all the way home!, but this has been worth every penny I make gravy in it every week on the gas hob and is so strong I imagine it'll last forever without buckling
I got my money back on this as every time I attempt to cook a chicken in it I end up leaving half the carcass behind as it always sticks to the bottom.£2.00 Savers Club = £34.00 So Far
+ however may £2 coins I have saved in my Terramundi since 2000.
Terramundi weighs 8lb 5oz0 -
I've ordered a le-saucier too, its taking ages to arrive though. I've wanted one for ages and was going to order from France so very pleased they had them back in :T0

I have a few things from there - I love the Klippets too, and the bauble hooks for hanging baubles on your Christmas tree.
However, they do sell some things which are far more expensive than you can get elsewhere. I have this airer http://www.lakeland.co.uk/chrome-concertina-clothes-airer/F/keyword/airer/product/5005, except I paid £14.99 for it from Argos. My friend has the Lakeland one, and it is identical - except she paid nearly £32 more for hers! So shop around, that's my motto!Enjoying the power and freedom of letting things go.
Decluttering - January 2024 - 89 physical objects, over 700 emails/digital decluttering 🎊 🏅🏅0 -
I don't know if it has already been mentioned-but the jarkey from Lakeland that releases the vacuum on jars is AMAZING. No longer do I have stick a corkscrew through the lid of the jar of gherkins to get them open-easy peasy now. Best gadget ever!
I also love the fat trappers-great for grilling lamb chops or bacon and keeps the grill pan clean0 -

Nearly £50 for a clothers airer - ouch!
My favourite are the klippit things, you can never have enough of those.
The lock it tupperware type containers are very useful too.
I also got a salad spin dryer thing from Lakeland which is good so far, my previous one was a much cheaper Kitchencraft one which broke after just a few uses.
I noticed a lot of the products on the site which have negative reviews - credit to Lakeland for displaying them but the response to each one is an almost identical cut and paste: "Thanks for taking the time to write your review. I'm sorry to hear that the [product] turned out to be faulty, I can understand how disappointing this must be. We'll be in touch."The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

I have been on the receiving end of this and within a day I was emailed to ask if I would be happy to receive a full refundFab customer service, and they do tend to disontinue products that get poor feedback

My tip for jar lids is to bang them on the edge....this for some reason makes them a lot easier to openWe don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.0
