No they don't, they codeshare BKK - Siem Riep on Bangkok Airways.I would look at booking returns to BKK then doing the rest on low cost carriers. I think your itinerary is too much for two weeks.
Returns to BKK then using low cost carriers works out much more expensive.
Itinerary is perfect for OHs 2 weeks - OH and I have been to Cambodia twice already, kids have been once, so not trying to cram in all the tourist experiences there as we've already seen what we've wanted to see. 4/5 days in HCMC will be more than enough from what I've read, then I get to tour Vietnam at my leisure with the kids.
