Seem to have got it working later today after bieng down again.
No re-direction from House for me though.
Clearer, less cluttered, but less info on accounts.
EG
No mention of money received for last bills (having been paid months ago).
No mention of account tariff or any tariff moves made to click2 or 3 having been actioned.

I was told today to ignore everything.
My gas account is missing also.
VAT @ 7%(it says)
No historical data.
Electricity prices on my gas account.

It isn't mine by any chance - switched to BG for duel fuel in Decemeber - BG still hasn't swicthed my gas (or I can't find my account) - but they're taking the direct debit from my account...did complain and offered a reduction - but will have to wait and see - BG better hurry up, I'll swicth again in October!!'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' : Member number 632

Just remembered - if anyone else is having account problems/ missing accounts like me, with British Gas call this number direct - 08459 555 703 - it takes you straight to their customer escalation team 'complex enquiries team' - I'm now a complex enquiry - what ever happen to customer support?'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' : Member number 632

Mine worked fine in that I can access my account, although I don't like the new 'consumption' tracking thing, it was much easier to follow on the old clickenergy site, now I have to get my calculator out to find out how many units I am using per day each month (on average) when the website did that for me before.
Does anyone have any idea what the cumulative consumption is on the usage chart, the average consumption seems to be Kwh which is fair enough, but no idea what the average is, average of what?0 -

Exactly my position too.
I think everyone appreciates that any redesigned computer system for millions of people will have teething troubles. However why allow customers access to it when it is in such a state? especially after the state the House website degenerated into.
There is simply no way of checking anything on one of my accounts; and all the others have multiple errors.
Have the dual fuel and paperless billing discounts been applied - haven't a clue.0 -

I thought 0845 607 0870 was CLT team. That's the number Energywatch told me to call anyway. Have been trying to sort out a problem since last July and have managed to speak to same person twice. Seems nobody willing to 'own' problem.0
