We always groan when anything is being delivered by RM - our postie marks all parcels as delivered at the start of his shift, and then delivers them whenever he feels like in the next 2 days... and then complains that we order too many parcels. He always leaves parcels on the doorstep, and has never once asked for anything to be signed for.

I just wish you could choose what courier service was used.
