We rescued a tiny little kitten from the engine of my car on Saturday (no idea how it got in there) and it has now adopted us (my son would never forgive me if I gave it up!!) so now I have a new category in my budget "Cat Fund" lol

How am I going to find another £30-50/month for a cat!! :rotfl:

I saw... I DO read your diary :p

That's quite a lot, is that going to be every month or more to begin with for jabs and snips  and the like?

I would LOVE a cat and/ or dog and is quite fortunate for DFW status that where we live doesn't allow pets or I would spend a fortune on them. I had a lab with my ex and £50 trips to Pets At Home weren't unheard of... and that didn't include food.

Hope you're going to call it Martin :money: :rotfl:

I don't know what YNAB stands for but otherwise - ME TOOOO!!

It's so frustrating, essentially wishing the days away.

My spreadsheet only covers one month, so I re-jig it month on month, although most of it stays the same, just totals are updated. BUT this means that I am constantly waiting for next pay day to be near enough that I can justify moving it on to the next month....I have already practiced July, although must remember not to save it else risk losing June!

T2rry, are you using Excel as you could set July up as another worksheet in the same document so you can keep June and also save previous months. Might be useful seeing any patterns?

I do use Excel but must admit that whilst I love it, I am not good at setting it up...OH set the current one up, so all I have to do is input & amend the figures. This is why I struggle on days there is nothing to do but wait!

Might get OH to have a look at it, see if he can work another tab into it, it would be helpful for the ending balance on one sheet to update the starting balance on the next...we'll see...otherwise I like having a 'current' spreadsheet as I can't get carried away with unrealistic targets

Aaaaarrgghhhhh. I hate my co-workers. I've just had to listen to a five minute conversation about the anniversary champagne magnum and now that's ALL I CAN THINK ABOUT.

It's DFW sabotage, I tell you. Fiends.

Today will be a NSD. There's no reason to spend any money. And repeat...

Don't bother, tastes ok but nothing special & as my ds said on opening one, is this playdoh? The colour is really weird, think it is supposed to be champagne colour but just looks a weird dull grey.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.
