Some good news! This is what I received yesterday:
    Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to your appeal received on xx/xx/2014 regarding the above Parking Charge Notice.

The appeal has been reviewed. The parking attendants photographs and pocket notes (as applicable) have all been taken into account. Having considered the content of your letter we are prepared on this occasion to cancel this notice.

Please in future ensure you park correctly in order to ensure you do not receive any further Parking Charge Notices.

    Yours sincerely,
    Appeals Department Secure-A-Space

I'm so happy and very thankful to all of you who helped me with my PCN.

Hahahaha!! Secure-a-Space didn't want to waste their time and tax their brain cell by dealing with a forum appeal!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You are prone to over-exaggeration CM  :rotfl:
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Are you sure they even have the one brain cell ? ;)

Well done by the way OP, just shows that the advice on here works.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
