    Hiya Everybody, I'm H.A.P.P.Y
I can buy you all  xxxx

I go in on Sat for till training for two hours, then 12th Nov full time. I work 10-6 the first week with weekend off, then I think 12-8.
I won't be home until about an hour later though as the buses run at funny times.

But never mind, at least I have a job, and I'm all wanted again.:j

Hope you sort out ex hubbie mit, get a few thousand quid off him, then we can all go and have a beer together. No seriously, I do hope you get it sorted with him.

    Speak soon everybody.
I will be able to get some of my finances in order with my first payday.
    xx
  • I'll never get him sorted out Binnie. He is a useless sh*t. Was an eejit when he was here with me and even worse now. I wish to god he would just divorce me once and for all lol. I dont even use his name any more so in my mind we are divorced I just need the bit of paper but I cant afford to do it.

My friend has just got divorced, not sure how much it cost, I thought £300 was mentioned.

Has it put you off men for life then mit?

    xx
  • I was told it would be £1800 and that is with legal aid. Because there are kids involed it apparently has got to go to court so that increases the cost.

I'm afraid that yes he has kind of put me off men. I'm sure there are loads of lovely men out there but I would be too scared to take the chance again. I am too busy anyway.

Ok I really need to get myself organised. Spent £4 on lunches for the kids today and there is stuff there for packed lunches but I am too lazy to make them.

I just noticed on pigsback and top cashback that ASDA are doing cashback. I have e-mailed them to see if it includes groceries cos if it does then woohoo :j

Hi Mit, Oh yes I forgot about that, my friend doesn't have kids so I suppose it does make it cheaper .

I have been engaged four times and thought all men were the same, but I've been married now for 12 years and most of the time he is good, ha ha.

As for pigs back let me know. I thought it said only points on everything except Groceries, :(
I joined that lightspeed and have done a few surveys, and they must have sent me millions since, but I just don't have the time to do them all.

I also joined test and vote and am being sent some fabric conditioner.

What with my new job and here and ebay, I have no more time.
    xxx
  • 4 times Binnie  . Have you still got the rings?? Sell em and pay off debts :rotfl: .

Looks like ASDA dont do cashback except for goods. Bah!! I spend loads in there and a wee bit back from them would be quite nice.

Forgot to say that I had my car insurance to get renewed for end of month. I got my renewal in and it was £244. I got a new quote from another company for £239 plus £95 cash back. :j . Am going to pay it monthly though as I paid it all at once last year but put it on my credit card so gawd knows how much interest I paid on it. Probably still am paying it tbh. At least I know up front what it is going to cost me this time. I hope next year I will be at the stage where I can just pay it in cash. I have opened an account with a bank where I have a savings account adjoined to it. I am going to set up a weekly standing order into it for £20 a week after Christmas to cover pressies and car expenses. Would work out at £1040 per year and that should cover all those costs hopefully.Thats the plan anyway but these things never work out like that. In fact as soon as my weekly money starts going into the account I am going to set it up. It will give me some cash for Christmas expenses for this year. Am away to do it now to start next week.

  • hmm ok I am obviously too thick to do that. Will just need to transfer it over every week manually.

alreet girls? I have just started putting some money away for next Christmas cos this year we are crying poverty and getting really rubbish presents for everyone.
Boyf and i are putting £20 each into a websaver account, so we'd have £480 for the year's christmas and birthday presents for everyone.
but its so hard to be disciplined about it!!
  • Happy Birthday Tif. Hope you had a nice day. How many candles?

That'll be my problem too. Keeping it in the account. I just feel that every penny I have should be paid off my debts and dont know that I will get over that until I am debt free.

    Hiya Everybody,

Mit, I sold them rings years ago, I've been with hubbie 14 years total, and then engaged three times before him since I was 20 or so.
Wouldn't have got much for them, they were only cheap uns.

Started off well this year buying a xmas present in July before I lost my job, but managed to still buy a few more with pennies saved.
Somehow I've managed but still got a few more to get yet.
Looks like my first wage will be gone soon. xxx
