I'm stil waiting for loads of stuff. Only had one delivery so far (a few days after I ordered the stuff) the rest was suposed to be 1-2 weeks delay but I've not seen any of it.

hi to all,
if anyone is still interested in sale items online, if you are up early enough in the morning check the next website (sale) and the listings get updated early morning,i have managed to get quite a bit of stuff and the things i put into my basket were all in stock and delivered as stated on my email,its worth a look im very pleased with what ive got so far.:j no 2-4 week wait!!!!!!:T

I got my statement today and that i ordered in the sale are still showing up as full price even though i rang them to let me them know what i was returning and they said they'd adjust the remaining items anyone else had this problem? I am sick of phoning them to try and sort this out as i've phoned them at least 6 times now and have already complained and asked for phonecall money back.

I was wondering if it will be next time that it shows or whether i'll be charged the service charge as someone said.

Thanks for the tip! I have been looking online each morning this week and I have managed to get quite a few pieces I wanted. Most has already been delivered even though things I ordered weeks ago still have not turned up :rolleyes:

Yeah, this has happened to me. When I ordered the items showed up as full price with 'sale price' written in red underneath. I phoned up at the time to query it nd was told not to worry if it was full price on my statement to ring up and they would adjust it to sale price. Everything showed as full price on my statement so I rang up and they said there was nothing they could do and the manager would not authorise it being changed. So they have overcharged me by about £125!

I can't even return the items as I bought them for a holiday which was after the sale but before my stmt came so the things have already been worn.

I am going to write to customer relations with a full run down of who I spoke to and when and demand they sort it out.:mad:

Mine is still down as full price but i havent rang themback yet to sort it as i was hoping it was just my statement wasnt updated but i will do..

I did complain about it all and i got £10 credit to account and £30 gift vouchers so make sure you do too and good luck. if mine doesnt show as sale price ill be complaining AGAIN. :eek:

I had been trying to order a halterneck top from the spring catalogue since about April - but was continually out of stock. Checked throughout the sale - never appeared.
Checked the sale items for the first time in about 3 weeks on Monday ( Bank Holiday ) and lo and behold the top I had been desperate for was available in a size 12 - my size.
Collected it today and it fits perfect - all for 7 pounds. Can't believe my look!!!:T
