My stuff nearly all came today. Courier had put all the bags into a huge sack LOL! Got loads and loads to go back though, anyone need size 10 mens Timberland boots ;-) as I've got about 4 different pairs here!! We didn't know what we'd like so ordered loads of different styles.

Have some Hudson furniture and several items were reduced in the sale...but they are all sold out now. Thing is...even though they are listed in the sale pdf price list...they are not actually out of stock, cos you can still order the full range at full price. Just seems and odd anomaly :(
  • Hey - my stroppy letter and invoice to next for wasting £80 worth of my time (#2442) got a result. They called and apologised today and credited account with £30!:T

  • This is reply I got got when I asked why they charged an extra £2.65 to my statement.

"This is the charge made for the use of our credit facility and is calculated on a daily basis on the remainder of the balance on an account, taking into consideration any payments that have been processed.

Items begin to accrue service charge on the day after the 10-day approval period ends, in accordance with the current rate."

yeah but if you pay in full when you get your statement they dont charge you, or at least thats what their credit terms online states so id argue it

I've got some items that took longer than 10 days to reach me , I'm waiting for my statement and if this is so I shall be using my credit card in future.
