Does anyone know if Next stores are taking returns yet? I'm am sorry if this has already been posted but there have been about another 1000 posts since I last logged in here.

Anyone know what happens if courier tries to deliver when your out??


I had to go out today and have been in all week waiting for my delivery and sods law it arrived today and I got a note saying they are sending my parcel back to next i am very upset as i thought they may at least try to redeliver it tommorrow or give it my neighbour I have been waiting a week for my items and now I still dont have them and their being sent back to next urghhh this is so frustrating!

I thought they attempted delivery a couple of times before sending the item bk.

If you ring your courier they should still have the items and may arrange redelivery

our friend , who also dellevers our goods will try to leave your order in a secure place if your out and leave a note, she says its a very last resort to take the goods back,:o

Thanks guys i rang next courier dept and thet were very suprised i have a note saying my items were being sent back especially as this was the first time they had attempted delivery!
They could have left it over my gate, or with a neighbour or reattempted delivery today!

They cant get hold of my courier but said they left a message with them to attempt delivery again today when i know someones in all day!

I was just v annoyed as at their first attempt to deliver to my house they lefta note saying it was going bk to next! Will update you on thesituation hopefully I should have allmy lovely new lothes by the end of the day

my courier wont leave parcels if im out, shes said in so many words she doesnt trust me as i didnt receive a parcel she claims she left from debenhams.

got my parcel in the end and opened it but it was only like 2 out of the 20+ items ive ordered but never mind its slowly arriving!

I'm still waiting on items ordered last Saturday and Sunday. Had a confirmation email but nothing since.

I'm still waiting on over 200 pounds worth of stuff. I've had a few items come so far, including a great tp junior trampoline! Only problem is I need some of the things for my suitcase, which needs to be closed up by Sunday night!!! Arghhh. I've given my courier my holiday dates and mobile phone number. I've also given her my neighbours names and house numbers where the packages can go to. My courier informs me that she is only allowed to hold onto things for four days.
