Hi Melly Just a quick post to wish you both well with the visit from Mind tomorrow and also the CMHT visit on Wednesday . I've been suffering with what now appears to have been Seasonal Flu for weeks so haven't felt up to posting .
DD is two weeks late for a steroid injection at the surgery as she's had Norovirus which has flattened her . Luckily I missed that but we're both like wet rags . Only been out once since Christmas eve and still no energy .
Hope you feel better soon . Have you thought of doing one big shop with the car instead of struggling on foot ? The time for pushing yourself is not now .

The car would involve getting OH to drive me

To be honest I am loving the time to myself (how sad am i)

No OH needING stuff
No dogs needing stuff
No cats needing stuff

The cold that's doing the rounds is awful, I am not too bad throat is still up bit gargling is meaning it's not too sore.

I get what you mean about the alone time - Gitdog never gets walked as much as when I have people overload when relly's visit.

Everyone here wants something be it feeding, walking, stroking, massaging or fight breaking up.
I walk down to the supermarket and it's just me.

Right at least we will be clean (currently not, it's me that has to do it and I can't be bothered)

Not really sure what to expect and had to cancel my driving lesson as OH had a world famous meltdown at the idea.
