Sorry, none at all.

My last cat was a farm kitten and after being very ill when we first got him (the vet wouldn't/couldn't say if he'd survive), we reckon it fritzed his brain somewhat and he was often wild.

He thought he was the boss and frequently he'd try to beat us down.
I think if we hadn't been used to having cats, it would have been a real struggle. As it was, it was a regular battle of wills.

Luckily, he was the only cat in the household but he was a demon with every other cat in the neighbourhood.

He's clever
He is trying to be good it's just he wants all other cats gone so he has us to himself he stropped out this morning like a teenager lol

I read but don't contribute much.
Have you thought of going on a diet .....I know it sounds strange but you will be on a diet (eg Weightwatchers) but eating sensibly. I know you are going through an unbelievably bad time but you really must get your act together for your own good as much as your loved ones(animals inc) all this faffing about and not turning up for things will not make them go away or make them any better. Harsh I know, but you know it makes sense. xx

I am overloaded
I had to sit in a room with a strange person and tell her incredibly private things it's a little bit difficult and incredibly painful.

Mine is about control giving that up is difficult that's why rescheduled the service actually understood that because it isn't easy.

Re the appointment this morning:
If they are coming to see your OH, then I'd get him up.
I wouldn't reschedule in case you can't get another appointment soon.
He can always go back to bed later.
