You are obviously doing something awesome with ty, he is really coming on.

I miss toast - I have to be gluten free or I get ill - and bear likes his toast soft. You can bend it. I used to like my toast so that if you hit it with a fork it would shatter. Bendy toast seems against the laws of nature.

I can still have peanut butter, though, and I adore it.

Today I am waiting for the DWP call about OH not attending a work focused interview.

I am also going to shower, I have horrible sores in my hairline from picking

This morning whist dog and pickle walking one of our lovely neighbours saw and was shaking his head and laughing. It apparently needs to go onto youtube.

He was amazed at how gentle my dogs are with her (their very excitable Jack Russells)

Try another one cos eating not happening and skin is sore
Persevere with these and hope skin calms down

I would go back to the GP and discuss - sounds easy written down but I am well aware that actually getting an appointment and speaking to someone reasonable even without the complications of OH and the furries is not that straightforward.

Please please please do not give up altogether.

I have braved weighing myself
I have lost another 4lb
I am well under 7st now

Still not at hospital levels but not far off.
I will need to eat more than I will like tomorrow as I am walking the 6 mile round trip for the stupid meeting.

Probably couldn't work right now
Need to gain at least 7lbs will still be too thin but back out of danger zone
