I am beautiful so just carry me round, hand feed me ham, and stroke me till I sleep
  • Hi Melly I hope all is calm tonight and you are both feeling a little more rested . It's a busy week for us this week and today has been hot and humid so I'm feeling pretty tired and hot tonight .
Have you sorted anything yet about the doctor ? I know you really feel better when you're working but spending some time now to try for the right medication and support for your husband and also getting your own health sorted could mean you have a system in place which means you wont worry so much when working .
I seem to have nagged you a fair bit over the last few weeks love so feel free to tell me to shut up :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    Love polly x
It is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.

There but for fortune go you and I.

If you do decide to go for the carers option, make sure you build in some "you" time that gets you out of the house doing things you enjoy to give you some respite. You'll be climbing the walls otherwise.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
  • Melly... have you joined your local carers group ? We have 3/4 letters a year with access to free support - first aid/money management/ help with claims etc,/various massages/painting/hobbies etc., tea and cake chat sessions

I was also able to be fast tracked through to c.a.b last week!

    love your furry pics

    Hugs

    Andrea

Supposed to have my esa assessment and a meeting at the job centre for both me and OH on Tuesday.

Do you reckon I can cancel and rearrange the assessment (need a home visit)
Let the job centre know OH won't be attending I as his appointee will?
