Wonder what would happen if upstairs saw someone arrive at your place and carry out boxes. Might they assume that was the sound equipment and behave normally (for them).

They have moved their bins back meaning OH can't get into the front garden with the dogs.
So
I have moved ours back
Emailed housing ccing MP and shelter including a picture of their bins telling them after ours had been moved a week and they were still parkin behind blocking us in and now have made it so OH can't access r the front garden I have had enough and ours will be moved back to where they want then when they actually do one of the things we need doing

I know this loses the moral high ground but sick of feeling like a mug

They were abusive to OH. Whilst throwing bins everywhere.

oh dear melly! try not to get too angry hunny - its so bad for your system. but the bright side is that the equipment will be measuring it all. and you have the photographic evidence as well.
