Those furries need to grovel.

So does your OH. You are becoming more and more ill due to lack of sleep. Cats survive thunderstorms. It's not ideal, but OH could have quietly waited up and allowed you some time to sleep - you know, that process where damage to your brain might be healing up, that.

Sending hugs, because I would have been flapping as well and I sympathise. I suppose Mr T had a hot date that he couldn't break. That cat owes you.

He was too busy worrying about Mr Casanova getting hurt in the storm bless him.
Mr T did indeed have a hot date as he went out IN THE RAIN, I know IN THE RAIN.

He will no doubt give me cat food flavoured/scented kisses later.

OH has already grovelled he knows hes daft its basically the anxiety element meaning all these horrible pictures were in his head of Tomcat getting crushed by falling branches etc. when what actually happened was a soggy Tomcat came home ate and went to sleep.

Cats are funny with water. I still have the scar from bathing malevolent cat in 1994 as she resisted so fiercely, but she would sit under a dripping boiler for hours until she was soaked to the skin.

But a hot date is a hot date, and a tom cat has gotta prowl.

I fret easily, and I know how hard it is not to worry. Take care of yourself.

Nothing like cat food breath to cheer a girl up.

It was followed by a telling off, not sure why but I did something offensive to his Royal Casanovaness possibly he's telling me that. Much as he loves our time together he has ladies to visit.

He's been very loving with OH today apparently (lots of plonking himself on him, and hand grabbing them nipping)

Overslept today so OH had morning Tomcat duty. He has a mighty strop on lol.

Busy day with much writing of processes.

It is okay when in the meeting to say something like, 'I need a moment to process this as I am still affected by strokes that have been exacerbated by the lack of sleep and noise that have been inflicted on me'

You do not have to make any decision in a split second. It is okay to say, 'My health has been affected by difficult living conditions. I need to think about that.'

I'm being silly which has obviously set it off again.

Going to let shelter do most of the talking I think.

OH wants to stay in the area so that's what I'm aiming for.
He knows here, has friends here, so at least he gets out for 10 mins here and there to see neighbours.

Clothes out, shower and go I think.

Haven't gone through the SAR stuff properly so taking that with me.

Tomcat didn't cuddle me this morning just demanded lol think the weather is too nice for mum time
