OH is a flapper.

Having seen the cat network in action (lots of new cats turned up outside mine for a nose at the newcomer) I think one of them told him a dog had moved into his old house so he went for a look.

Guessing that answers the should he be done question, I like him as he is though bless him.

He loves that toy (for those that want one, its from B&M is a turkey thing and has catnip in).

One of my neighbours who hadnt seen him, saw him walking him behind me, his response was ' f, me, hes huuuuuge' lol

So HA responded to MP lol

Apparently I insist on communication via email (er yes, it is in writing we can all see what's agreed)
The complaints are recent (ok, except I can prove they are at least 27 months worth for this tenant)
I need to agree to mediation and having a recording device (again I have recordings I have offered, we mediated 12 months ago)

So far their walking into it

As I said to OH if your going to lie you'd better check it doesn't contradict something already said ie. If you say you've refused a property because the criteria isn't met don't then say that the criteria is the same as what's needed for that property

And if you're going to say something is recent you should really check there isn't any complaints say from 27 months ago

yeah - Atrix had the HA surveyor (new one) up this afternoon. I am sure he didn't realise that almost every word he said just backed Atrix up. and he brought two reps from the subcontractors - who couldn't believe the shoddy workmanship! all on tape! atrix is giving them a lot of rope, and they are hanging themselves.

Just had a beautiful 20 mins of tom on stomach feeling serene.

I think Meri that they think everyone is stupid.
I have dropped some pretty broad hints that my role means I keep meticulous records and I have all communications since the tenancy started and yet they continue to lie and contradict themselves.

I have told THEM we communicate in writing for everyone's benefit and that they lie. They lied on court papers for crying out loud I'm hardly going to believe them and take stuff at face value following that.

Oh well I will just let them prove my point
