Ask to see a statement of payment, a print out of the rent you have paid. My local housing office would give me that if I needed it. In fact I think they send one out every year automatically.

And its possible that your account could have been mixed up with someone else's, happened to a family member of mine, she was being chased for someone else's arrears.

Shelter are requesting it.
Its the fact their figures dont add up, oh and they did the exact same thing when I first complained which led to them taking me to court, missing random payments off the court documents (the largest amounts how odd) and getting told off by a judge.

lol - HA sent carpenter up to sons and in 'fixing' the front door - its now letting in a lot more light into the hallway as the door doesn't meet the jamb in top bottom or side! you can actually see the lock thingy when the door is closed! its bluddy ridiculous! the carpenter told my son he was ordered to fix it - and not to say it needed replacing.


Son is waiting now for the new surveyor to come back to him on Monday................and tell more lies!

The way it seems to work is

They have their favourites these people get moved wherever they like, repairs done, parking bays put in etc.
Then they have the ones who haven't complained they are left alone
Then you have the ones like me who have complained who get repairs not done, told their complaining nothing and it's tough services that are paid for are not completed and random threats of eviction.
