Lost the booklet of Tesc0 vouchers which arrived this week, have turned the house and car upside down looking for them but to no avail.

I wonder if they're hiding beside your chequebook, Valli?!

Fizzwizz - that's not a problem - if you log into your Mr T clubcard acct you can print them off the website.

    Morning All

Lots to do today as I've got a cash buying company coming to look at the house at 2.30. Don't think he'll offer enough to make it worthwhile but it will give us a starting point. However I've also got to ring the dentist to tell them I need a root canal and see when they can fit me in - hopefully not today!

I'm planning to start with a HHC @ 7.30 if anyone would like to join me!

    Have a good day all

    Good morning all

In the end I shifted nearly a ton of soil yesterday (putting new topsoil on the front garden once I'd cleared it of weeds and stones) and then walked for nearly 2 hours delivering leaflets along a very hilly road where there are steps up or down to almost every front door. If I don't show a loss on the SW scales later this morning, I shall be

Meanwhile DH rubbed down and glossed the bed ends for about the 4th time  then finally got round to starting to paint the side porch :A.

Decluttered a shelf unit vie FreeCycle yesterday evening, and someone is coming for cupboard doors at lunchtime. CS reopens today, and it's bin day tomorrow. Might be tidy by Thursday :)

Before we go out this morning, we need to move furniture and the mattress in the downstairs bedroom, so that we can put a coat of lighter emulsion on the walls this afternoon (couldn't stand the shade of blue that we used previously). Hopefully we shall be able to do this job together: I'm better at cutting in round the edges with a brush but can't use the roller because of limited up-and-down mobility in my shoulder, whilst DH prefers rollering because he gets quick results :rotfl: Fortunately it's raining now, so the garden will not be such a distraction today.

Hope everyone has another productive day. (((Hugs))) and spoons to all who need them; sticks thrown for BDs - especially those that (unsurprisingly, given recent events) appear to have moved in with your husbands, lynnejk and charlieyates.

Ionafan - I feel the same as you about the rain, I won't be temppted by the garden (well maybe later if it dries up) - you remind me of the rural french gardening in the early morning.

JTTOU - Im the same about the sun, feel so much more motivated but I think having been outside most of yesterday I've recharged my solar battery a little.

Ironing done, DH and DS1 away to work, DS3 having breakfast, DS2 struggling to get up so I have taken up a cuppa and shall go and poke him now on my way to the shower.
