    and the

" health and safety law requiring workplaces to be safe by employing staff whose english is not satisfactory "

as a new user i am unable to post links. i will try and scan the document my friend has given me stating this. this is not my friend who owns the conservatory company but another friend who owns a bin washing business so health and safety is important.

No need for a link, just tell us the relevant section and the full name of the statute and we'll find it for you.

shell act like they own the place when in fact they arent so as far as im concerned they couldnt give a stuff about any law so can be considered to have broken them.

they have broken the trading standards act by not displaying accurate payment information at the point of payment in a legally recognised manner. additionally they breach the health and safety law requiring workplaces to be safe by employing staff whose english is not satisfactory. they deliberately sell halal sandwiches to attract these workers.

    How inventive.

Just think of the possibilities; hearing aids to attract someone who could lip read, shoes with high heels to attract short people, shampoo for blondes to attract blonde women, the permutations are endless.:rotfl:

Use photobucket or flickr and post the link to the copy of the document and paste the link to it on here, it wont look like a proper link with the spaces but that can be fixed.

Aren't you lucky that all your friends own businesses and are so well versed on the law and you are so ignorant to even understand what "CASH ONLY" means?

Just tell us the name of the law eg. Trading Standards Act 1864 and the relevant section that makes such signs legal or illegal.

Go on, it's as simple as typing 2 lines of text...

    Oh my Lord.

It's patently clear that a career in law doesn't beckon for you, Emz11. :rotfl:
I've never read anything so ridiculous in my life.

How many times do you need to be told that this 'act' does not exist?

There is no such thing as the trading standards act, so my earlier comment still stands.

    This is hilarious! :rotfl:

I can't wait for the link to all these 'acts that are being broken by this 'criminal' company.
