ok, the problems your having - marks on the car from stickers, these should not be there, the car should be prep'd and cleaned properly, this also goes for the marks inside. chip on the car, ask the dealership to touch it in. to be honest i think the dealership has let you down a bag full, you bought a brand new car and they cant be arsed to clean it properly for you. finally your concern about the stickers and mileage, i wouldnt worry, there only stickers and will not damage the paint work, possibly the mileage was it going to get them put on? id voice my concern about the condition it was given to you, but other than that, theres not much more to say.0

No, I went in the showroom, advised them which car I wanted in which colour. How was I to know they had this car in stock and we're going to use it for an advertising display. If you're not going to come up with any useful comments, why don't you just not comment at all.0

That's the sort of advice I was looking for thanks. At least some people can actually be helpful0 -
Sorry, yes there were a few helpful responses, including yours motorguy. Some people can't help being sarcastic and nasty though. This is the first new car I've bought and just came for advice, not abuse! This hasn't been the best introduction to Moneysavingexpert forums for me!0

I would suspect if you push and make a fuss, you will get your first service for free.0 -
Bought a Clio Dynamique MediaNav. Actually really like the car, just disappointing experience for a new car. Maybe my expectations were too high!0
