I understand that the engineers are saying there are no issues, which is why I'm baffled. I reported the lack of mobile internet on the 23rd of February, and on the 21st of March James said there were issues with some sites after I gave postcodes. So did he just lie? And if there were no issues at all, how come I had a lack of mobile internet from before the 23rd of February to the 10th of May? As I said, I've not changed a thing on my phone.0
